What to do with these Mr. Billiards short cues?

fd_colorado I don't know any history on your cues, but Walmart sells 48" cues both as one piece and jointed. They cost around $ 8.00 each.

BCA 2010 -Why Was Not The New Phenolic Tip Policy Enforced?

Florida Seminole Hard Rock State Tournament a week or so ago no G 10 Tip rules were enforced to my knowledge. But the Seminole have always been known to run a very Loose Ship. The Rules are only for Non Seminoles.

    What makes a production cue?

Cowboy Limited Number can be a Production or Custom depending on how they are made. Take Dan James and the Famous Color Of Money Stick. He made 5 custom sticks for the movie that Cruise and Newman each got one. Dan James also produced 100's of Production run Color of Money Sticks of which I...

Pool Shoes, Sore Feet, and as promised report

Cowboy I saw a TV show About a Group of Natives that run long distances BARE FOOT over very ruff ground. However the story was more about how they run or walk compared to us. We strike our heel first and roll to the Ball of our Foot. They run/walk bare foot so the Ball of the foot strikes first...

BCA franchisee cheats members in allentown pa

Nothing New . While I feel for the Allentown Players, this is Nothing New or just pool related. Any time the human factor comes in contact with Money, Money can disappear. Bowling Leagues and Girl Scouts have been effected by those who start off just borrowing a little money from the Till.

How has has Pool change since you first started playing it?

Underclocked Blame that on the almighty dollar. Return On Investment per Sq Ft. I have even seen 7 ft tables moved out for video gambling machines or Poker Tables. Bar Rooms / Pool Halls in my area are hurting for business.

APA double hit thread of the day

boblzer0 Here is some advice from an old man. Life is too short to let the donks get under your skin. Best way to stay away from donks is to not play APA.

    Mastering the Masse

JamisonNeu Reading between the lines, what you are saying is a harder tip is better for Massey shots than a soft tip. MY BAD I was thinking the other way. IMHO while there are many good cue makers and great cues, I play as well with a $ 45.00 Players Sneaky Pete as a $ 20K Balabushka.

    Mastering the Masse

A misconception I had was you needed a super soft Tip to Masse. Now I know that harder tip will Masse also. But I might ask the dumb question of which hardness tip is best for Masse Shots?? OR is this a matter of tastes like a Playing Cue??

    APA Cue??

Ctwitty While your post isn't directed at me, I would like to answer. Fact is pool has always been associated with Hustling. APA is the biggest and most successful Hustle ever invented. The cattle line up to give there money away to game rules no where near the spirit of the real game. Now if...

    APA Cue??

Big Texan That is the Automatic APA Cue Stick. It takes your money, raises your handicap and gives you nothing back.
