I do enjoy receiving comments from people. And I send comments, too. It's like a quick version of a PM. Beyond that, it utterly baffles me that you could be this obsessed about it.

fatboy apparently has problems remembering as far back as his thread starter which he acknowledged was negative and in which he challenged people to reply. More of the world view from an eric-centric position. Only the blind and the greedy fail to see eric as he truly is.

Can't everyone just give up this crap and stop arguing about everything that they read and show some respect to Doug and his family by keeping everything around him and concerning positive.
 
Fatboy, you seem to go out of your way to offend some people. When we met in Vegas last year, you seemed nice except for the fact that you kept trying to show me pictures of your girlfriend with other women in their underwear, even though I told you I DID NOT WANT TO SEE SUCH IMAGES. I was nothing but nice to you but you kept apologising and pulling up these pictures over and over again, like you received some sick satisfaction for being offensive. Now I've never seen Doug antagonise you in any post of his, yet you appear bent to overcome him or anyone for the number one spot on this forum's reputation system. I just don't understand why you would be so sophomoric in these situations, why you keep starting these threads and PMing people about it???

EDIT: I've come to the conclusion that you are just begging for attention. Reading the Member Survey thread, you gave your life story. In fact, you relay your life story in every other post when you're not begging for rep.

Also, if I read correctly here the past week, someone had a quote from you where you said something similar to "Doug is all about wanting pity and rep". I tried to dig up that quote now, but can't find it, so I will delete this if it is not true. If that's true it is the most disgusting thing I've read on this forum, and I am glad that I didn't read it in the thread you wrote it.

Doug is now in serious pains, and is actually dying from us, and I am now having big problems explaining what I feel about this thread and the whole rep-whoring, so I'll leave it at that for now.

Though I have not have the pleasure of meeting Smorgie, but from what I read and seen, it is not about rep or the scratch the surface green dots that mean anything to Smorgie or you guys, but it is the friendship and laughters shared between whomever with Smorgie that would forever be embedded deep inside you. Even without those green dots we call rep, Smorgie will still be #1 in all of your hearts.

This is so pathetic, it's almost laughable.

Action = reaction

Everyone is going through the day minding their own business

Action = Fatboy makes a post about rep points as if they actually mean something in the grand scheme of life.

Reaction = Adults, knowing that there are more important things in life than a silly flawed rep system on an internet message board, feel the need to point that out in hopes that Fatboy will realize how juvenile this is.

However, the adults are the ones that started it all and are part of the problem. :confused:

The mind and how it works in different people is truly an amazing thing. I try to see things from the other persons point of view when I disagree or don't understand them. As an adult, I cannot do that in this situation. Maybe if I could go back in time to middle school I might be able to kinda, sorta see this inane fascination. Since I can't do that, it's impossible for me to comprehend this mentality. It simply does not make sense to an adult that's had a "few yrs" of living on their own in the real world and experiencing the trials & tribulations of life - the thing that truly counts and should be the focus as opposed to this silly rep stuff. :rolleyes:
