Plastic cue sleeves

Anyone know where a good place to get the plastic cue sleeves. I know Atlas carries some, anyone else?

MACGUY posted a few years back about this place that sells the tubing in rolls:

I order the 3" to put butts in and the 1 1/2" for shafts. If I deliver a full cue, I seal the shaft in the sleeve, then insert it inside the 3" sleeve with the butt. I bought a cheap $10.00 heat sealer at a local discount store to seal the ends. I also insert one of my business cards inside the 3" sleeve before sealing it up.
 
I'll add I buy the 4mil thick version and it offers much greater protection than the 1 mil bag. The stuff is on ebay all the time. Can't be beat for packaging cues.
