Why Does Everyone Hate Cuetec!

When I was opening a new pool room with two partners we opted to go with one-piece Cuetecs as our house cues. They were the best looking and best playing affordable one-piece cues in our opinion at the time.

Now, six years later, the same cues look and play great.

you are right...they are good for one piece house cues..imo thats about it...
 
I have no idea why people disregard Cuetecs. It's a long straight piece of wood that knocks the balls in...

My friend shoots with one and I love it.

Non-hater...

I don't hate Cuetec, I just don't prefer to play with one myself. Travis Trotter is a devout Cuetec lover...maybe if I got a Cuetec I could be a professional player too! Hmmmmmm....the possibilities are endless! :grin-square:
 
where is Travis to back me up. Just because cues were made of wood for thousand years, don't hate the fiberglass it's soooo smooth.....:)

Sounds like the type of nightmare I might have as the BCAPL Vegas events approach. We get to our first match, open up our cases and discover....... all our cues have been replaced by Cuetecs! :eek: Nooooooooooooo!!! :shocked2:
