I'm not sure what the exact code is nowadays but I remember when they played a tour stop in NYC back in 1995 or 1996 and Helena Thornfeldt was wearing a regular shirt, no collar but not exactly a t-shirt either, she looked perfectly respectable IMO but they told her she couldn't play in it and she had to borrow a collared shirt from one of the other players. I thought it was odd because a lot of the other players wore shirts similar to what she had been wearing.

Oh? Is there controversy? All of the ladies appeared presentable in photos and television exposure that I've seen.

I could be wrong but I don't think the WPBA has a dress code because I don't remember seeing any of those gals playing in a dress.
I think the code should be "dressing is optional."
For some reason that sounds kinda hot...
lol...not that im saying these girls cant play..but...could make it more interesting with some hot oil!!
ok, ya got me interested, what was the controversey with the females dress? Too much open real estate? F-bombs stiched in the waist line? dont leave us hangin here, give up the details! lol!

I remember hearing this from players a good many years ago. It seems they still are involved in the "politics" of the organization.
