Jointed Cue has 111 players this weekend

Nice turnout again.

I haven't heard much about Bryce in quite awhile, but he has always been a dangerous player.

Did Amar enter? I don't even know if he lives in Norcal anymore.

Now down to two. Bryce Avalya (Bay Area) and James Cardo (LA)

Bryce wins it. He double dipped James 6-4, 6-0.

I also heard some very sad news about a player from Sacramento who was arrested a few days ago and may not play pool for 5-10 years, what a waste. I will not name him on the forum, but the news will soon be out.

Lucky me, drew the last year's champion in the first round.
Two and out Tom... that's what they call me now.

I took a lot of pics and some videos. check out my youtube 'sactowntom' for one of the videos with sound...

Are the tournament results listed anywhere?

Thanks~ Doc

I enjoyed the video, Tom. Brought back some good memories from some years ago. Was that a balding Chris MacDonald in the early part of the video??

Does the back room now have 4 tables? It used to just have 3, with theater seating on the left side as one walked in.

video of the Jointed Cue in Sacramento... the front room.
the tournament room with the 4 tight GCs is too dark to get any good video without a light source or a very expensive camera...

enjoy

I have never been to the Jointed Cue, but watching the video - what a throwback! The peeps and the vibe remind me of 60's-70's poolrooms (I'm not old enough to have been there, but they never change the decor).

Awesome!

Yes Doc, that was Chris Mac doing a little Ham and Egg move on the video.
He usually wears a hat.
4 tables in the back room.
I have 3 more videos to post later on youtube.
