I have a vintage wrapless cue made by Hall of Fame maker Bert Schrager which I want to sell/trade to try out a new cue.

This cue has been played but never re-finished, It has the silky satin oil finish, micarta joint and slighhtly fatter butt you find on older cues with a few nicks and stains on the buttsleeve that comes from 30 years of play but nothing major. It hits sweet with a deep and solid "thud", stiff with little flex and very controllable cb movement. I use it for pool and billiards.

Here're the specs:

Forearm: Birdseye maple with some curly figure
Handle: Rosewood handle
Buttsleeve: BEM with decorative ring and delrin buttcap
Joint: 3/8x10 with solid Micarta(?) joint
Shaft diameters: 12.0 mm and 12.2 mm
Butt diameter (bottom of handle): 1.26"
Butt diameter (at buttcap): 1.28"
Length: 54.5" (Butt: 27.75", shafts: 26.75")
Weight: 18.2 - 18.3 oz (Butt: 15.0 oz, shafts: 3.2 and 3.3 oz)
Balance: 11" from joint for both shafts
Straightness: Shafts are straight, butt has the slightest of lifts at the joint (less than a credit card roll). When joined together, the tip has a slight wobble of a credit card thickness.

Sold pending payment.

Good luck.

That looks like a fantastic cue at a fantastic price. I would not be surprised if the seller is reconsidering. He probably got a hundred PMs by now.

Wow that went pretty fast. Yep poolhustler you're first, followed by Black-balled, Drawman and then MasterClass. PM sent to poolhustler. And all other PMs replied too.

The last Schrager Sneaky that I bought was $150 and needed a refinish.

I wouldn't classify this as a steal, but rather a good deal!!
