I had a brief affilliation with the print media at one time, and usually, you have to have all of the materials sent to the printer two months ahead of time from when the magazine comes out.
That said, I just finished an exhaustive project on print media, which drew me to this thread. Newspapers, in particular, are struggling big time. Yet, their Internet sites, i.e., washingtonpost-dot-come, as an example, are successful.
Magazines may fall into a similar category as newspapers in that they are print media.
I can tell you this, our Sunday newspaper has so few Sunday ads now. When I was a kid, I can remember getting the funny papers and checking out all the sales and coupons. There ain't much sales and coupons in the Sunday paper anymore.
Without advertisers, print media entities are riding on the Titanic. It's only a matter of time. :frown:
