I thought Sr had won a Fast Eddie's tournament. I would have bet my grandmas' purse on that. I guess I'm wrong.

This is a once a year event that allows ALL to play except any player that has every been in the top 32 of the pro rankings.
The kid Andy Maloney won the hotseat AND defeated Sr again in the finals!

He won the houston open by double dipping svb last year. that much I do know.
Im so glad I didnt go. If i wanted to play bastrop for 60$ entry I could do that at a fast eddies tourney.
Ray you shouldve changed the orginal post to state the change. Id be pissed if I went all the way to htown just to play the same guys
I could play in SA next week. The only reason id make the drive would be cause im NOT gonna have to play these guys.

I know a couple of corpus guys who wouldve gone but thought they wouldnt qualify. and I almost went. Im glad i didnt. I dont mind playing better players but if thats the case id just rather go the houston open.

Yeah, I missed taking that line out. This event was originally posted as the same as the other "amateur" Legends event. They told me about 3 weeks before the event that it was a "No Pro" event.
The conflicting info alone should've been the key to "ask".
