For curiosity's sake, can you educate me a little bit about the maker?

I don't know of many ringless PJ's going for 1500 bones. The pricetag suggests that there is something special about this cue.

I don't know if I would classify Randy Mobley as up and coming Chris. He has been making cues for well over 15 years. A diamond in the rough might be the best way to describe him... but that will not be for long.
