thats the second time he's been double dipped in Texas. Bastrop did it at the last houston open.

I was sitting right next to big truck and Christina during most of the play yesterday. Shane didnt really make any mistakes, it was just Hillbillies day. He plays flawless. He should be someone to look out for in the coming events. Hes playing the best pool that I have ever seen him play!!

I wasnt knocking shanes game. Just giving the local boys some props


When I read who won and how, the first thing I could think of was the thread on here recently about which state produces the most champs. Shanes been having trouble winning here in tx thats all I was sayin and it makes me proud. Glad he aint runnin over everybody.IIRC it took him all night (till the early mornin hours) to win the last Texas open also. He did get that one though.

Yeah he can't win 'em all, but in the long run he will win most. Hillbillly was playing awesome yesterday. I watched most of it. Good job for him.

Put a shot clock on HB and he plays a different game. You definitely need to keep him out of his comfort zone. Besides that, with players of this caliber in a tournament race format, you need to get the rolls to come out on top. That being said, HB did defeat SVB twice. That is something very few can boast.
