Bought stick and case from member.Tell me what you think of the issues that came up. First issue.... in the post he stats that the cue feels lite! ok no problem but when i get the cue it has no screw at all an bumper is glued on!:angry: Which he of course should have stated but he says he will try to get something worked out. Second issue.... when i recieved the case which is about $280 NEW it has a puncture in the shipping tube and the case is damaged, he put it in a tube that it would barley fit in and did not wrap it at all, so of course any puncture or for that matter any impact would easily damage the case. Which is exactley what took place! So claim was turned in through fedex, and they say that case was improperly packaged and they will not replace the case. For two weeks i have sent him several pms and called the phone number that was on the shipping tube with no responce! After all this i think the only right thing for him to do is give me a refund... What your opinion!

cues don't always have screws holding the bumper on and it being glued in isn't really a bad thing.
sounds like he could have packed the case better. maybe you're due a refund for the case but the cue problem you mentioned sounds like you didn't ask enough questions
