Leather Pocket Inserts For Gold Crowns

I think the big appeal of the Diamonds is the leather pockets and that its flat on the rails, I think a company should produce pockets for the Gold Crowns that are leather. I have seen especially on a drop pocket table that if a ball is played with speed sometimes in the side pockets it pops out but the same shot on a Diamond stays down.

Its supposed to be coming in very soon, will be the new house table I am guessing. I am so use to the Gold Crowns that it should take some getting used to, this Diamond is supposed to be super tight like 4 inches. :thumbup:

This is just too wierd On the plane on the way back from BCA I was just thinking about designing a drop in leather pocket for GC's .
The best part is they sit flush to the rail and don't mar your cue, do you think we are on to something ? :grin-square:

I do believe it is a great idea, I was also thinking it would have to be flush also, they could be done in black or brown. Would be really nice but I wonder what the cost would be to build, you would want to make them affordable so room owners and home owners would make the change.
