In this economy pool tables are almost being given away from some pool halls closing. St. Louis has lost several places as of late but all coin op tables owned by vendors. Not many real pool halls left.
Love to have that bar at paradise.... the tables are nice as well
I'd love to own that place. I think someone is going to buy it. I heard someone wanted to buy it out before Art ran out of cash. They just need to tint those windows and add some character to the walls.
Why is it closing? I have had many people tell me how nice it is. Can Art talk to his landloard for a break in rent? I hate hearing of pool rooms closing.

Thats what I had to do and im having trouble paying the lowered amount to. People just aren`t playing pool around here. Could be a short summer for us here.
Hope they can pull thru it.

I am pulling for all the pool rooms. Keep your head up I know it is a tough time right now. This economy can't last forever, I hope.
The main reason it's closing IMHO is Art... I've heard many stories about him from players here in Charlotte that have caused them not to return, completely aside from my rant on him a number of months ago.
I could go into more detail... But this is neither the time nor the place for that...
