Does anyone have any pictures of old Hueblers with crosshairs? I searched the gallery and only came up with a handful of them. Are they hard to come by or just not very popular? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks for your time.

When Paul formed Huebler Custom Cues in the 1970's this was common design used by Huebler cues. Paul used it as his Trademark design and it was very popular. However, the design was not meant to be a Cross Hair, it was however, meant to be a rendition of a Gothic Cross which Identifies Paul's religious beliefs. During the Early days of Huebler cues this design was incorporated into many of the high end production cues being made. Then starting in the late 1970's through present day it was only used on cues that coming out of Paul's Custom shop.

In almost all cases if you find a cue with design that was made from 1980 through 2007 when they stopped production it is a custom. The way you can be certain, is by removing the cues bumper, on the inside edge of the butt cap it will say Custom shop and the date the cue was made.

take care
