So we just got some narra in and are in the process of building the first cue with it. Last week, I grabbed the cue to give it another turn. I noticed what I think is some type of fungus on it.
Is my cue going through it's teenager years? It's growing a little, scruffy beard, now. Next, it's going to be staying out too late and back talking me. Isn't it?!?!
No, seriously, what is it? Is it going to affect the integrity of the wood? Is this going cause issues after it's finished? Am I going to have this crap growing out of the joint after it's sprayed? :sorry: Is it going to infest any of the other woods in the shop?
Either way, here are the photos. I'm just really curious at this point.
