Loose rail cloth

I have a 5x10 Ellite Pro three cushion table with Gorina Granito M cloth.The cloth covering the rails is beginning to loosen up.Is it possible to tighten up the cloth on the rails now that there is no material to pull on after removing the feather strips?

Should have turned the rails over and pulled a section of staples, pulled tight the cloth and re-stapled

Yeah, i agree. Should not have taken cloth loose from strip, but the strip may have been a poor fit and allowed the cloth to slip and become loose.

My rails were shipped pre covered. I have not removed the featherstrips.I live in Arizona. The wood strips may have shrunk because of the low humidity here releasing the tension on the cloth.Thank you RKC for the solution.
