There are some cheap books on 3-cushion and straight rail on Amazon. You might get them more cheaply at Amazon than here on AzB.
That or you might save up and by Ceuleman's _Mister 100_ book. VERY expensive, but you might have difficulty prying it out of the hands of any current owner.
