So A-2 would be the best low hand then, correct?
Your low hand is not actually a low hand it plays like a second highest hand. if that makes sense to you. So say you play A-K as your low hand that loses against any pair.

Gets tricky though cuz it can only be played low for a straight. So for instance if this is your hand A-2-3-4-J-Q-K your low hand can't be A-Q it has to be K-Q and play the other 5 cards A high.

I figured there would be a "house" catch involved.
Yeah house is a favorite by a maximum of 2.86% in this game....with a full table odds shift to the players which is why there is a rake of 25 cents per $5 of the bet.

Actually your best "low" hand is AA...because two pair below beats it. Example A A K K Q Q 4 so AA is low and and two pair of KKQQ4 is your high hand, correct Frost? I will give you a heads up if I am going, I will know shortly.
Damn right, that's a great hand too, almost always a winner. There's also a joker in play that is totally wild. Sometimes you find a big joker and little joker.
OK I'll check with the boss, text me an hour before you are thinking of heading out.
Weak...my boss (me) told my significant other that I am going to meadows. I will be heading out there around 6-630. I will text you when I leave and we can meet up.
I don't need to bring up the Dog Sitting from last weekend do I?
I want to mark the time or 2:38....good night hanging out, but somebody owes me an apology. LISTEN to what I say about hustling...

I have to say thank you to the APA and Randy Jones for putting on another great Classics tourney this weekend. Randy has proven again why he is good for the APA and it's players in Des Moines. I also need to say thank you to the teams that play out of here!! We love having you guys here!! Next weekend will be another awesome weekend of pool for the APA, with their Master's team tourney! I look forward to working with Randy every time he has a tourney at Big Dog's.
I would also like to say that I was happy to talk with Mike Frost tonight!! I think that in having the conversation that we did tonight, we have come to understand each other a whole lot better. We have worked out our differences, and now just look forward to seeing more great action in Des Moines. After talking with Mike, I realized that we really have a common goal, and that is to simply make pool better in Des Moines. I wish we would have had this talk sooner, but better late than never. Now I feel like we can get past this, and just get back to seeing great players match up. What Mike started, by matching up the top players in town, has put fire back into guys that normally would rather be doing anything but play pool, right now. As an example, I see guys like Jason and Justin getting fired up like never before. It's really good to see!! Without Jamie here it is different, but he wasn't the only guy in this town with heart. There are several other good players in town that are willing to match up at anytime. Two of those players play on the minor side, and I'm sure we will get to see them in action soon. I would love to see them get in on some of this! The way I look at it is like this, by having guys match up like we have seen, it is only making everyone push each other harder in order to make each other better players. The more guys that match up, the better!!
Alright, I'll quit now, but I am happy to have worked things out with Mike!!
