first: my pictures turned out horrible, there's fingerprints on the cue @ joint. didnt get pics of the shaft and ivory ferrule. we took these while we were shooting and having a good time joking about jimmy's herd of elephants in his back yard . art is going to send me new ones.
second: thanks to jim lee, J&D Customs for doing the wrap . last time i was at jimmy's place, i saw this wrap and knew art would want this one on this cue. it's perfect. as i said the pictures dont show how sweet the wrap looks with the birdseye .
art & i spent about 5 hours at jim's ,
1/2 hour for the wrap and the rest bs'ing and shooting pool with jim on is table conveniently located right in the middle of his shop
this may be the last time i'm ever allowed at jim's place though
somehow, i got a drop of 5 minute epoxy on his table, on one of the rails
i could be banned for life
