9' table p/u,delivery and setup???

There is a table in Illinois that I would like to purchase. However I am in Maryland and was wondering if anyone on AZ will pick up the table and deliver it to me and set it up? I might be asking too much but would like someone with a history of doing it. Thanks for any help!
