Tommy, that 2nd amboyna w/ BEM handle is just wonderfully figured wood all around. Ralph, if you've got an amboyna on the way, this would be a super compliment to it wouldn't it?

Yes this is the best Amboyna I ever seen, wow what a Cue:eek::p:p:D:D

Permant collection, It is such a nice cue, the wood has the "old wood" look to it, the finish is perfect, rings, hoppie butt, everything is perfect, oh yeah the shaft wood is 10/10 also. Its among my best cues in every dept.

thanks again

eric

You description of your cue is exactly what CASH cues strive for in every cue. Thanks again, Eric.

Thank you, Chuck. Folks, let me just remind you that the last of these 30 yr. old BEM cues is still available, and that cue is every bit as nice as the one Chuck now owns. PM me to buy it now. HEH

Hey Tommy, I received the cue today. It's a real dandy, the finish, the shafts, the wood, everything is perfect. I played a few games with it and it's perfectly balanced and has a really solid hit. I couldn't be any more pleased, thanks a bunch!

Thanks for pointing that out, Chuck. The BEM blanks were turned down 30+ years ago in Bill's shop, and then set aside. Years passed and they were forgotten. It was not until Bill sold his shop that the blanks were rediscovered. After checking for run out on the lathe, we were amazed at how straight these seasoned pieces of old growth Maple were. The first one went to Fatboy, and Chuck has the third one, with number four available here. Not often do you get a chance top obtain such seasoned and figured wood in a cue like this one.
