As for this thread, I open it because for the most part it is hilarious. Most of the funny content I have saved is from this thread.

Like it or not, there are many females on this forum, some who have voiced their opinion, some who've posted their own avatars in retaliation, some who've altogether left because of it. If the guys want a porn thread, they can go to the NPR and create one. Women here shouldn't have to avoid opening threads because of deragatory comments and images with sexual content.

Don't you think it's odd that the male posters posted what they do for others enjoyment but the female posters posted "in retaliation"

let's not be childish here. just post up what you think others will enjoy. if you see something you don't dig ignore it.

it seems like you need to grow some thicker skin

I had an avatar of two shirtless men embracing and a signature with men kissing in it. It was deleted and I was told that he didn't want his kids walking by and seeing 'that kind of stuff'. Well I use my laptop everyday and I don't want my family and clients seeing T&A on MY screen. The couples and families I work for would think I'm some perv surfing porn on the internet, and who wants to be shot by a photographer with those kind of images displayed for all to see?

Your posts have detracted from this thread that you claimed to enjoy. Are you really trying to ruin this thread? Trust me, WE ALL GET IT! IT IS NOT DUE TO A LACK OF UNDERSTANDING ON OUR PART. IT IS A COMPLETE DIFFERENCE OF OPINION.


PLEASE take all this bs and start another of your useless threads, and leave this one be! You have criticized many on here for not posting within the realm of the stated title of funny pics. Well, it is time to look in the mirror yourself. Which of YOUR posts contain a funny pic/gif?

I am not demanding, or claiming I have any authority. I am merely politely asking you to respect this thread as you have asked of others on here to do.

Start another thread, and post a link to it on here. That way people who would like to respond to this foolishness can ( yes, I will prob end up ther too:o, though I have no idea why I bother). And people who would like to continue to enjoy what I see as one of the best threads on here can do so also.

Your next response will make it very obvious what your true intent really is. Either continue to derail this thread, or respect it ( as you have demanded of others) and bring this junk somewhere else.

when is enough?

I have tried to avoid further derailing this thread but there is a limit to self righteousness and BS I can stomach to come to this "fun" thread. Marissa is well aware how this will play out since this is far from the first time everyone has rode this merry go round. On the other hand it is purest BS to assume spite on Marissa's part and not simply giving people a taste of their own medicine while claiming that the jump in posting of the T&A pictures every time she objects to them has absolutely nothing to do with her posts.

There are folks on both sides of this issue that need to look over the last few pages and see if they really think they present themselves in the best light. As for myself, I just figure there is a time and place for everything. I didn't allow tits and ass on my forum because it wasn't a tits and ass forum. I really don't think they have a place on AZB for the same reason. However I spend time every day on a photo critique site that includes all types of photography. That is what the site is for and almost everything posted there is appropriate. Like on this forum and all I have seen, some will try to push the limits no matter how liberal they are.

well 2 people kissing is taking it a step further than shirtless men.

you have a problem with people posting pictures of women half naked so you post pictures of men kissing. you're trying to take it a step further to prove a point! that's what's wrong.

like i said before if you just post something so that others can enjoy it i don't think it'd be a big deal but you're only doing it to try to get under someone's skin.

you should avoid checking out az when you're at work. that'll keep your clients from seeing what you look at on the web

Poolpro: I enjoy this thread like many others and have posted my own funny pics as well. I didn't derail it. This weekend I posted the same content some of the guys have been posting, just of men.

Poolplayer: I work for myself and have met clients in my home, especially when I had my studio up here, and my computer is always on.

they're your clients and it's your computer if they see what's on it it's your fault. when i surf az at work i'm careful about who sees what i'm looking at. because they won't be upset at the people who posted the pictures they see that'll be upset with "me". CYA

nobody really sweats it if you post some pictures of guys in banana hammocks. if you dig it, post it. i'd say posting pictures of people touching each other might be a step too far
