Can you guys explain your A joint techniques? Specifically tenon into handle or tenon into forearm. I have always done the tenon into the handle. I am thinking am going to try the tenon into the forarm but am curious how many guys do it like this and what problems I can run into. I am leery of things like points popping out or too thin of a wall in the forearm after boring into it, but I like the look of the wider points. If you do not want to give away all your secrets you can PM me, I am just looking for some good advice and opinions from people who know more than me.
Is it safe to assume that most cues with the points touching at the base have a tenon going into the forearm? Is there another way to achieve this look without boring into the forarm?
Thanks for all the help.
