Sorry for the teaser in my other post. I just received the Mobley "Butane Flame" cue today and I could not be happier. Randy's attention to detail is right up there with the big boys. This just just a classy cue all around and it plays phenominal... I mean it plays REALLY, REALLY GOOD!

SIMPLE + ELEGANT = WIN!!!

The only small reservation would be the Maple used in the JP.

How are the shafts ?

Very nice Jamie. Randy is surely moving quickly into the upper echilon of cue makers. Bob C.

Fantastic looking cue. The veneers are truly spectacular. Congratulations on your newest acquisition!

Thanks for the comments guys. The shafts are real nice, tight grain, with a long taper. This cue really plays lights out. Randy was very specific in finding out how I like a cue to play and this cue may be the best player I have ever owned...seriously.

Jamie,

Very sharp and clean! Looking forward to getting one of Randy's cues.

Troy

Thanks Troy. You will not regret ordering a cue from Randy I can assure you.

Here is a bump up to go along with Larry's new Mobley.

Nice

The veneered rings give the illusion of depth, not sure if it's from the colors used, but it's a great feature of an awesome cue. Might borrow that idea if I ever have a custom made

Gorgeous cue and I absolutely love the veneer combo. This cue hits as solid as any cue I have ever held in my hands. The shaft wood Randy used for Jamie in this cue is just sick. Dense, dense dense....................

Great pick up,
JimmyK

wow thats a fantastic blue flame veneer, I love blue flame veneers. I picked out blue and gray veneers for a cue a friend made for me, I didnt know about making them look like a flame back in those days 1990 so mine dont have the nice transitions of color like yours do, yours sure do look great. thats one heck of a cue, enjoy!!!!
