Rail Rubber

I need new rail rubbers for my table. Does anyone have any recommendations or input on which ones to get?

I will prob replace the felt as well but the rubber is the real problem

The table was made by someone, it has no brand name but its 8 foot with 1 in slate and generic cloth...

Diamond and Gabriels both use Artimis.

Why go for inferior stuff?
