He is playin some guy who used to be a pro. The guy is from florida, but has moved up here. He is in his 50's, but plays jam up. Don't quote me on this, but they are playin $500 sets I guess. They are playin tonight at 7pm.
Jody ended up winning two sets. Both were hill hill. They played for $200, not $500.

Theres been some things going. Just nothing really worth posting about. I've had some interesting phone calls the last 2 nights though sadly.
I sucked it up last night... terrible play on bad equipment and low-light bulbs. I dislike playing with bad equipment. Mental errors. Sheesh. When it rains it pours.

LOL - This'll be a pretty interesting league this year. What with the combined league and such.

Well October 3rd will be here before we know it so we better try to figure most of the details....Here's how I have it....
Game: Barbox 8-ball, 15 ahead
Stakes: $6000 /man (and growing)
Session length: I would like to limit the session to 12 hours, I'm getting old and when you work for a living you don't play "Enduro" pool very often. If we can't finish the set on Sat, I'll get a hotel and we'll resume on Sunday night at 7. I'll then take Monday off of work, if the set is not completed by Sunday morning at 7 we'll have to either pro-rate the cash or figure something else out (this is new to me).
Thats about all I can think of Jon......let me know if you have a problem with anything.

deadstroke...yea, it was a productive meeting...pretty disapointing for me (and a lot of others) but that's the kind of thing that happens when a lot of Board Members that could make a difference decide not to show up. BTW, the minutes to that meeting will be posted on the ISPA web site by (hopefully) Friday so you can see some of the details.
