Das: I've run a pretty successful 14.1 league for a while and I'm getting a lot of request to start the 1P league I've hinted at. I have a pretty good idea for handicapping, which I would like to run by you. I'll send you a PM when I have a moment to put my info together for you.
 
This is a non handicap league. You play 1 opponent 4 games. 10 Points if you win and if you lose 1 pt for every ball you made. You play everybody once and the last week is position week.

10 Dollars every week. Pool Hall charges 6 dollars for a match. At the end of the league I keep 5 dollars per person for running the thing. The rest is paid back. If your a good player then your league fees will be paid with your winnings. If your a bad player like myself then tough luck.
 
suggestion

Keeping track of ball count allows people to game the system. I suggest you rethink that bit. You also need a way to deal with slow players since 4 games can take a very long time for some people if you have tight equipment. Good luck.

What does "game the system" mean? As far as slow play we havent had a problem in the 2 previous sessions
