We'll probably take a ride on the scoots up to the Burlington, VT, area,,,,, any places to place up there????

I hope you find one. I'm from Plattsburgh (across the lake) and visit occasionally. There is two (2) 9' tables in P'burgh and one is in the members' only bar at the Elks club.

I've looked in Burlington but don't think there are any players rooms.

Did Dave Varano close his room in Plattsburgh? It's been a while since I've been there.

Alan,

Vermont has the highest number of private tables per capita in the Country! Most every player I know from Vermont has a table in their home! There used to be a bowling alley with a couple of tables in Burlinton. Good luck. Watch out for the leaf peepers!

There is a place to play in Burlington that is pretty good. Nobody will bet water is wet, but they do have a pool hall that is pretty nice.

Other than Burlington, there isnt another one in Vermont worth a damn.

Albany is about 3 hours so not a good option either.

Rutland has nothing....

Van Phan Sports off Dorset Street (across from Hawthorn Suites) is the best place I found to play when I travel up to Burlington for work. They have 9-ft tables in good condition and I recall some barbox tables as well. The owner I spoke with was very nice and appears to love the game, which reflects in the condition of the room.
