Hopefully, I'll play a little better this time. This is a great tourney, ran by one of the best tourney directors I've met. Matches are scheduled, with times posted, so you can go outside to escape things for a bit. It will be filled ahead of time, so send in your entry and reserve your spot. If you show up on Friday night, I'll bet you don't get in the big one.

Gonna try and make it down for this one. Mac is one of the best TDs around. Should be fun.

Why does it have to be on a holiday weekend. I can ask off any other weekend in october or november except halloween and the weekend after thanksgiving. :(((( BOOOOOO

My guess

Will Brian Gross be running the calcutta again? "Because if you know, you better go".

Yes,,,, after what I heard tonight, I'll bet he's there, and I can't imagine Mac not havin him run it. He did manage to get a pretty good amount in the calcutta. I think it took a week to get that phrase to stop echoing in my mind.

Why did they pick Halloween weekend? Not a major holiday but seems odd.

I had a great time there during the last event - improvements for the room I would like to see are fixing some of the bar tables, better food and ALCOHOL.

Like the table they played the finals on that had the gaffed up end rail. Alcohol would not be a bad idea as it would offset having better food, not that it was bad. There are some decent places to eat that are close by.

I've got $36.81 in sponsorship money, this is your best chance to get a D player who will go for $5 in the calcutta and has a strong chance to go 2 and out.

I'll help

I think I can scrape up about 60 cents to kick in. I'll leave it with Mac when I check in. If I forget, just let me know.

LOL. It will be a cold day in.............before Brian Groce lets anyone gor for $5 in a calcutta. I have 3.19 to spare.

Thanks Sam for the boost on the entry fee. Ask Troy and Felix if they want to contribute. Considering the last tournament I played in was 5 or 6 years ago and Felix's wife beat me.

Stakehorse, I will bet that Brian let's me go for $5.
