I am looking into putting personalized name on the front per a buyer's suggestion, but I am not sure as of now how to do it or if it is cost effective to do so. Will keep everyone posted here.

Can you imagine these more heavily tooled? If I didn't already have one of the chalk pouches I would definitely consider picking one of these up.
FYI... when I use mine I also use one of Doug's Eurowraps or Chalkys-by-Ken. Just prevents taking chalk in and out of your pocket.

I can probably hand tool your initials on the front for a small fee. I will need to buy some tool if that is what you prefer.

That is a very nice collection of chalk holders.:wink:
Just want to say that the chalk pouch you have is a bit different from what I make.
You can see the front above the pouch is showing the back of the leather which has a suede like surface. I have sawn another layer of leather on the front so you will not see the back of the leather except in the interior of the pocket.
I have found that the "hairy" surface of the back of the leather tends to get dirty over time from chalk stain. I believe double layering also makes the pouch more sturdy and durable. My pouch is cut a bit slmmer but deeper.
I should have hired you as my consultant seeing that you have a whole collection of chalk holders from duct tape to tooled leather.:thumbup:

Thanks. I like the idea of double layering the leather and what you say makes perfect sense. Per QBilder I am "Mr Go-Go Gadget Pool Player". Most of the folks around here use the pocket chalkers on a stick and they aren't used to seeing anything else (ie the pouches). Part of the problem is they just aren't very widespread here in the States. I think I bought mine off ebay because I have a habit of losing or someone stealing my chalk holders. I don't mind losing the chalk, I just hate losing the holders. Note folks do comment when I use mine my pouch because it is so unusual. So the concept of a pouch is great.
