I have a few leather chalk pouches in stock.

They are the same kind you see on TV used by Karen Corr, Kelly Fisher, Julie Kelly, Kim Shaw, and many others.

They are made of real leather, and is very durable, and well made.

Comes in textured brown and smooth black.

I know this is not a popular choice in the US, as these are from the UK, so please bear with me as I try to explain the benefits in the followings,


Benefits:

--You do not need to worry about the magnetic part of the chalk falling on the floor, or go through the inconvenience holding a bunch of dangling rods and what not when you chalk.

--Unlike some chalkers which is made of plastic and features 8 ball logo and what not, this offers you a very professional look with great style.

--It is very easy to put on, and the chalk can be replaced in no time.

--It keeps the table and your cloths clean.

--It takes up very little space in your case, and is very durable.

--No elastic or plastic which may break easily is used.

--These are built to last with only the finest leather double layered and hand crafted one at a time.

How does that clip work: Does it simply clip over the belt or waistline, or does it 'crimp' into place? Thanks.
 
Inside the leather is a piece of metal which can be bent slightly to tighten up with some pressure.

Most players clip this on the small rectanglar pocket on the right hand side of their jeans.

With dressed pants or chino, you can clip it on your belt or tuck the clip under your belt and clip it on the waist line of your pants, so the belt will stay on top of the clip and press the clip in place for a very secured fit.

Karen Corr uses it all the time on TV and her pouch never comes off when she breaks or whatever.

This has been used in the UK for decades by snooker players.

I have one of these that I purchased from a different source. They are a great idea and work great.

NOTE: I have had only one issue that is more of an annoyance. While breaking the chalk occassionally jumps out of the pouch.
 
Yes, they could fly out from your pouch if you jump up really high. You can put the chalk on the rail before you break if you are worried the chalk may fly out of your pocket. The pocket on the ones I have made is deeper and a bit more slim than the usual wide pocket design. If you secure the clip under your belt it is very secured.

Chalk holder made with a rod at the end attached to a cubic chalk holder tends to fly away from time to time. When I used to use it, I always put it on the table before I broke. The magnetic chalk holder flies away from time to time, too--I have lost many of them that way.
