Anyone know where to get pre flag masters in a tan color?

If not anyone know where to buy the current tan by the gross?

He said pre-flag, not new chalk. Do these places sell old Master Chalk?
Probably not.

An auction ended on eBay just a couple days ago. The guy was selling a gross of pre-flag tan Masters chalk. The seller didn't know it was anything different or special. Only me and the other bidder caught that it was not your normal stuff you buy new. Unfortunately the other bidder outbid be at the last minute like many eBay auctions end.

He won a gross of pre-flag tan for $21.94, I wish I wasn't so cheap in my bidding, I was intending to sell about 10 dozen pieces here, and I already would have had a customer.:frown:

Thanks.. Wonder why they are twice the price everyone else is for a gross. (maybe cause they have all colors LOL)

That's not pre-flag. Someone had many boxes of blue pre-flag for sale a few weeks ago. I just say he sold them at a little more than $100 shipped for a gross. He sold many boxes fast. I was one of the buyers.

Well as long as you got a great price in them I would have bought some for a good price.. Maybe even bought all of it that you did not want.

I will use the new stuff if I can't find the pre flag. I found some yesterday (new masters) for $21 and change a gross plus shipping.

He is selling some old ,but not too old, tan NTC chalk. No bids yet, only 99 cents for a gross of them.

I use to like the very old NTC chalk. I bought a dozen pieces a bout a mong ago.

This chalk should be pretty good and you might get it for 99 cents. Ohhh... others are reading.. shhh...

I'm kinda new at this stuff, so what the heck is the big deal about pre-flag chalk?

Pre Flad Master is like finding one of these.

Mmmmm.. he said PRE-FLAG note he said PRE-FLAG That is not pre-flag chalk.

Pre-flag Master chalk was made sometime before Sept 11 2001.
Rumor has it the chalk had a different formula. Some say the chalk had lead in it before, and for some reason this made the chalk stick and work so much better. The company claims it is the same formula, but the experienced members here know the older Masters chalk works a lot better than the new stuff they make now. You will be lucky to find a gross of PRE-FLAG, I repeat PRE-FLAG Masters chalk for less than $100 for a gross of them.

A lot of times someone might leave a piece on the table, and I make it disappear fast. The newer Masters chalk has an American flag on it, so when they say pre-flag, they mean the chalk doesn't have the American flag on it.

Thanks Yes I can see the link. That picture looks like every other picture of the Gross chalk. Are you sure it's pre flag or am I missing something. I have never used NTC chalk so I am not sure how it stacks up to Masters.
