WTBC Final 64 (Schedule & Brackets)

:mad:Uh..oh.... Per this announcement from RAYA SPORTS, ESPN STAR would no longer stream the rest of the tournament starting tonight.

However, it is still on the schedule per this link:

ANNOUNCEMENT


Due to the failure of ESPN-Star Sports to
deliver the broadcast service it committed to
the World Ten Ball Championship in Manila,
Raya Sports is formally cutting off starting
today (November 28) the broadcast of the
WTBC by ESPN-Star Sports.

Broadcast coverage of the WTBC will
continue to be provided, however, by the
following networks:

1. Live coverage by ABS-CBN Studio 23 in the
Philippines up to the tournament’s end on
Monday, November 30.

2. Worldwide online coverage by www.
clubcapo.tv. For a minimal fee of $9.99 for the
entire event, fans can follow the WTBC on
both the TV table and three video streaming
tables. The video stream is of excellent
quality.

Meanwhile, Raya is also negotiating with
another global network for the international
broadcast of the WTBC.

We regret the inconvenience and loss that
this means for millions of pool fans in Asia.

Please read my previous post. RAYA SPORTS just announced that ESPN STAR SPORTS will no longer cover the tournament effective tonight.

I tried to find live streaming for STUDIO 23 but the links are not working.

Our only option would be to pay the $9.95 for the remaining 3 days or just to be satisfied with the live scoring update.

I tried my best. I was able to get all the other channels from the Philippines but only STUDIO 23 was not working.

Left with no other option, I just got the PPV and am very pleased with the quality of the live stream. Not only that but you can monitor 2 other matches aside from that on the tv table.

The CORTEZA vs STEPANOV match is about to start. This should be more exciting than the first tv table match.
 
Seems like Star Sport is showing Live match now. WTH, what are they trying to do? Piss people off?
 
Three Americans are out and 8 Filipinos are so far in last 32. too Bad that Fiejen and Immonen met this early. Boyes is out too.

Ching Sun Yang, Kuo Po Cheng and Ortmann are out too.

8 out of the 11 Filipinos made it to the next round. Three pinoy casulaties were Jericho Banares, Antonio Gabica and Ronnie Alcano.

I am most impressed by Lee Van and Dennis Orcullo. I think at least one of them will be in the final 4.

Where do you find the updates? Live scoring?
 
And then there were none. :frown: Americans that is. We got waxed. 9-3, 9-2, 9-4, 9-2. Ouch.

Immonen and Soufle ;) still handing strong (no surprise there!)
