Pretty Cue

Old Bob has a veneer cue in the shop I have really been meaning to show. He is so under rated as a builder. His work is rock solid.

Show us Nick! If I am not mistake, he used to work in the same shop as Tim Scruggs and Mike Cochran? It definitely shows, they all have some similar style cues too.

Bobs work is great and anyone missing a Scruggs sneaky now that he dont make them buy one from Bob.......basically as close to a scruggs with a "F"! only way i can say it.

Also his higher end cues are worth buying too you should have atleast 1!

My Bob Frey Hoppe is one of my favorite sneakies but I like this "horseshoe" cue more.

Your right he did work in Tim Scruggs shop, in fact he made all the Sneaky Pete's that came out of Tim's shop. Tim Scruggs claims he never made any of the Sneaky Pete's that have TS on them. In conversations on this forum it appears that Bob Fry made them all while working in Tims shop.

I have one of Bob Frey's old and few jump/break cues ebony4point and a newer sneaky with rings coco4point. Both well constructed but beat up alittle they were my everyday shooters for awhile.
