($2,500 Added) River City Open - Feb 5-7, 2010 (Illinois)

Jimmy Eberhardt will be there.

Looks like I'll be there.

He wants to finish higher than 3rd this year. Hell I might get up and drive up for the auction. If someone will mail me the money if I win???

I dont think that will be a problem, I can buy Judex a couple Miller Lite's and get him to do it for me.:eek::eek:

Yeah, it won't be a problem Mark. I already mentioned that we would take care of you either way or send the money back with a person of your choosing.

Thanks, now the hard part.

The drive, and not buying half the field.

My wife is OFF work on Friday so she will not let me drive to T town on Thursday and come back on Friday. Too long of a drive. Mountain man at this time is not interested in this tourny so it would be a SOLO drive up, a few hours there then a drive home.

Do you have any 4xl shirts made? thanks.......Maybe Big Truck will let me spend some time in the booth?

Ha! Yeah, it will be a very tough field and hard to buy only 1 player for sure. Well, I'm sure you can find someone else to make the trip with ya. There are a few other guys coming from your area.

How come AJ isn't coming? He's not afraid of the field is he?

About the shirts, I'll have to double check on the 4X sizes and such.

Don't worry, I'll be letting different people in the booth to commentate for sure. We'll see you this weekend

His statement is I am too OLD?

You can take it from there.:confused::confused:

I see Post number 1 says that the field will be limited to 64 players.

You do have Sergeant listed twice though.

Actually, I just had this discussion today and it has been decided that we will NOT be limiting the field to 64 players as of today. So, if 64 players sign up online and 20 more want to get in or just 'show up' with their money in their hand, then they will all be welcomed to play.

Also, the Added money is going to be more than $2,500 and may get as high as $4,000 Added.

So, with more than 64 players, more added money all of the sudden and also the announcement that Pat Diveney (http://www.diveneycue.com)will be there his cues and such, I think this tournament is getting sweeter by the minute.

Also, to answer your previous question... there will be a couple of 4X T-Shirts made. So, you had better jump on them immediately if you want one for sure or you'll be SOL! :p

Yeah, I will know the 'exact' game specifics in a bit as I'm heading down there to setup now

10K (10 ball) 10 ahead - StrongArm John vs. Judex James

Ok, it's StrongArm John vs. Judex James playing 10 ball on a Valley barbox. The game is 10 ahead for 10K/man, so 20K all day.

Right now John is 6 ahead, but it's been going back and forth all night. I will post the results later.

I didn't get the stream up tonight, but rest assured that all will be up and running LIVE starting Friday night thru Sunday for the RCO.

Ok, first of all, it was actually only $5/man for $10K in the middle, but evidently EVERYONE else thought it was for $20K all day and I didn't know different 'til the end.

The night ended up on John's uphill swing of being 5 ahead and since StrongArm had somewhere he had to be tonight, they just prorated the 5 ahead for $2500 and were not able to finish playing.

I'm sure that action will be going on again sometime soon and don't worry, I'll keep you all posted

Reminder: The field has been opened up to allow more then 64 players, so anyone may just walk in the door and sign up before the events start.

Remember that the 9 ball 'mini' event is Friday night and that's already got a TON of players in it, so it'll be a strong tourney in itself.

The main event of course is already at 64, hence the reason for allowing it to open up to 128. See ya guys this weekend!

P.S. - Don't forget the extra added money either, which could be up to $4,000. $$$
