I can only say what my own level is. There are many really good players on here.

My level is poor/beginner. C-

:)

I play terrible during the first few matches and lose a little money. Then I magically come alive and win it all back and more... Then the cycle starts over. ;)

Well, the BCA thinks I'm a 9 (of 10 possible), and the poolhall has me as an A player for tournaments.

there's like what 14k people on this forum? I'd say probably mostly on the meduim end amoungst the choices. There are some very strong players here which has been noted above. Now when it comes to people that actually post regularly, I'd say most of them are probably apa 7's and higher. Solid core of good players here.

I play on a 4 x 8 table ,,,,,,In 2 hour period i will average about 15 break and runs. I play fast about a minute and 45 seconds a game.
I know thats not alot but im trying,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Our BCAPL league director has a sense of humor. I'm an ELEVEN on a scale of TEN! In one of our regional tournament tours, I'm a AA + 2. In the BCAPL league, it means when I win an individual match, my team still looses an extra point in totals.

The reasoning was to give the LD room to move players up from a 9 to 9.5 or 10. Strangely, all of those players stayed at the same ranking. Only myself and one other player are ranked as 11's. One additional player is a 10.5. Guess that is what happens whenever you have a handicap system of any kind.

I'll bet that the overall average of az would be remarkably similar to that of every pool hall in the country; I'll guess .02-A, .20-B, .55-C, .20-D, .02-lucky if they don't put an eye out. Contained in the A player division is the .0005 that are pro, male or female. There are a very few number of people in the pool playing world that are really, really, really proficient and it becomes their craft.

well i have only ever played one APA tournament and it was 9 ball and they made me play as an 8 out of 9 possible and in VNEA i play AA and have never dropped below an 8 out of 10 average not bad for being 22 and only playing for 5 years

imo the avg poster plays above the mean whereas the avg cue pimp struggles mightily to maintain there apa sl 2 rating.

There was a typo in my first post i meant 15 balls and on a good day maybe 15 1/2.........

I will agree with GreyGhost..that there are some really strong players that post regualerly here in the forum..but as to me, I am a 5 soon to be 6 in eight ball..9 ball I'm a 5 that shoots lights out every other week..my captain wants to kill me..lol..in tournaments I'm a B player an usually finnish in the top 5..only got the money once, the feild wasn't as hard to go threw that night. When I played BCA 5 years ago I was 7.5 in nine an eight ball..so I think, I almost know how to hold my cue level..almost. no joke, still trying hard to play hard...
