Tim scruggs/mike cochran awesome cue

This cue is now in the hands of a good ol guy from Maryland named Country Bob.This cue was made for me personally By Tim Scruggs and Mike Cochran around 2006.This cue was the first 6 pointed cue from Tim Scruggs shop with all 6 points the same length and the veneers are different than I am use to seeing in cues how they are cut up and down.
The forearm and buttsleeve are made of very nice piece of Gaboon Ebony and everything white is ivory except for the diamonds in the buttsleeve which are mother of pearl.Also the cue has 4 shafts with ivory ferrules and moori tips.The cue is in 98% condition as I played with it for 2 hours as I couldnt help myself and the hit is amazing
The veneers in this cue I hand picked out of Tim Scruggs cabinet and the ivory joint,ivory buttcap,ivory ferrules and trim rings were all hand selected for color and matching grain.Good luck with the cue and hit em straight Country Bob.

Is this a 5 veneer or 6 veneer cue? Looks like double purple,thick green,purple and black.
Mike liked to make the six point blanks the same height. Just because everyone else made them high low.
Is the joint is ivory?

It is 5 veneers.there are 2 thinner purple veneers beside each other that when i was going through tims old cabinet i found them and asked that they use them in the cue.Yes evrything,joint,joint rings,buttplate,ferrules and inlays are all ivory.only the diamond inlays in the butt of the cue are m.o.p.
