We worked on this table yesterday and got it very very level. We were happy with our results. Then we put the rails on (without bolting them down) and went to lunch. When we came back the table was not level. We took the rails off ad it was alot better. Does this happen with this table or did we do something wrong? We never go the table back to what we wanted. Any suggestions would help.

Thanks,

Bud

We'd have to know how you're leveling the table, what kind of shims, how are the slate screws, what about the level of the frame....did you level it under the leg pedestal....or between the frame and leg pedistal?

We didn't level the frame , just the slate , with playing cards..
At that point we were happy with it being level . Once we put the rails on everything changed .
Thanks for your help Glen
