It was a good turnout for the tournament and the stream. Thanks to all who were watching and especially Bob, UpstateAL, and oldzilla for helping out with the brackets, score updates, and moderation of the chatroom. We consistently had the most viewers out of the 10+ pool streams happening this weekend, so thanks for tuning in! Big ups to Melissa Herndon for putting on a great first event for this tour! We are all looking forward to the next event.
Thanks for the kind words. UpstateAL and Zilla both have never hesitated when asked to step up - both are class acts.
I gotta say that I was extremely pleased with Andy Chen's "first ever" stream. He was very easy to work with and his quick thinking in regards to taking a cell phone pic of the brackets enabled me to create a link for them in very short order -- something much more seasoned streamers have yet to do and I've been moderating for a looooooooong time. It would be a pleasure to work with him again. You have my email Andy -- any time I can help I'll be there! I can't speak for those other two codgers in this regard; but, they have never failed to "be there" and I don't expect that to ever change!
As for Melissa Herndon -- it was because of what she is doing and what she is all about that I jumped in to lend a hand. As most of you know, I am all about live pool streaming (see avatar and signature element) and see it as one of, if not "the", best tool out their to promote our sport at this time. The conjugation of that with what Miss Herndon has put together is fantastic for this game we love so much. I've been waiting at least a decade for someone like Melissa to step-up in that area of the "felt world" -- and step-up she did in
great fashion.
As for consistently having the most viewers: I hope my continual updating of this thread assisted that in some small way. The major reason I feel lies in the body of a young lady named Melissa! She is destined -- there is no doubt!
