PLEASE HELP Identifying this Cue

I have recently inherited this cue. I don't know anything about it and can't even find out who made it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please Help.

Hello Mike, the cue is an import form the 1980's or maybe the late 1970's. I am afraid that the sentimental value is most likely worth more than the cue value. Unfortunately these cues have no collector's value, but if it is straight they can make very good players with slight modification, such as, a good tip and possibly a new ferrule.
