I recently aquired these old one piece cues. What little info I have is tha they are pre 1965. They have no markings except one has a weight stamped on it. I dont think they are worth anything but would like to something if possible. They are reasonably straight for being so old. My intention is to a get them converted to a break cue because they are incredibly stiff. So if anyone knows anything about them Id appreciate it. Thanks
The cues could very well be Brunswick's, but they do not have to be. The cue in the middle of the photo looks like a Brunswick Challenger cue, if you look at it you can still see the Red Color. The Challenger Cues were dyed Red, and even had dyed points that were the same color with no veneers.
If they straight which most are not any longer, they worth the wood they are made out of and that is about it. You can also tell by the photo's that some of the pictured cues have a weight installed which is typical of these cues. In most cases they forced an over sized square metal bar into the cue and added glue so it would not move. This why so many of the imports rattle and so did most of these through time.
