I'm looking for information on how to submit a warranty claim with Aramith/Saluc. Do I need to go through the reseller I bought the balls from, contact them directly, or something else?

Thanks.

Go for the retailer first and if it can't help you then go on up the line.

What is the issue, can we ask?

I don't really want to elaborate on the issue yet. It wouldn't be fair to point fingers or place blame until I find out what can be done about it. If the issue can be resolved without any hassle or problems then there's no need to make anything of it.

Right-o...

did you search the forums for aramith issues? There have been plenty of instances where aramith has denied any responsibility re: their product failing.

Now quit being a dick and tell! you aren't going to change aramith's position by posting here. They don't care about your balls.

I agree, let's hear it. What could possibly be wrong with your balls? Aramiths are virtually indestructible. Did they get the colors wrong? or did they get the numbers wrong? or maybe after watching a venom video, you did one too many trick shots.......

I'm not going to start talking trash. I am only seeking warranty information at this point. I see that too often on here where someone starts ranting and raving about some defect with their equipment before even contacting the manufacturer or reseller. I believe in giving them a chance to make things right before dragging their name through the mud.

My guess is that the balls are counterfeit. There is a shop in Shanghai that makes their workers carve the balls from petrified gnat poo and then painted to resemble a billiard ball. It takes over 30 hours to make each ball.

grrrr dan!!!!

Just got a call back from the reseller. The US distributor is going to send me a replacement ball. No harm, no foul.

And yet you continue to fail us.

Why? WHYYYYYYY!!!
We gave you what you asked for and were repeatedly refused reciprocation, right?

You do not (desire to) curry favor.
