I just wanted to say thank you to Mark for his hospitality and the wealth of knowledge he shared with myself and Pat O'Donnel. Pat and I flew to Georgia this past week to meet Mark and get a crash course in some of the methods he uses. It was cool to be able to exchange ideas and draw from his experience.
We played some One Pocket on a table Mark tuned and tightened to 4 1/8 pockets. The table is reserved for big action and gets a steep hourly fee for play. I can see why. The rails played perfectly with very little track shift. You could virtually utilize any number of diamond systems without adjustment long or short. Mark's pocket work and the playability of the tables he produces are of the highest quality.

Bob and Pat are truly awesome guy's, and fun to be around......Bob plays really good one pocket.....sorry for the knock... Trust me, they both have a ton of knowledge with pool table repairs. I look forward to the next time we get together....hope it's soon.

I second that opinion!!! Pat and Bob are the real deal. Mark, I think the the tournament for the best player from the mechanics is a lock for yourself, Bobby tells me you are an absolute monster player! I've heard this from other very reliable sources as well.

Jay next time I go To Georgia I'll get Mark into a 9 or 10 ball game. I could use the time in my chair to catch up on my reading or grow a beard.

Thanks Jay, but don't forget about Oscar and Ernesto.....real good players and great mechanics as well. Looks as we could have one hell of a tournament for the mechanics....don't let Bob full ya, he plays real good.

How do all the young guns say it.....back in the day.....I didn't back up from anyone.

Glen don't play to bad either....now we have to get the mechanic's tournament at the DDC...LOL
