Please help. Trying to watch Tar on ustream

I'm so frustrated right now. I'm at work watching Ga Young Kim hit balls on my freaking iphone which is way too tiny. I paid good money for the ipad and i can't get Tar to come up most of the time on ustream. I have the same exact app on both devices. I have watched TAR on my ipad before and it's beautiful. But most of the time when I do a search for TAR or TARSHOW the app can't find it. The same app on my iphone has it all the time. I just deleted and reinstalled the ustream app on my ipad and I still can't get it. I have no idea how to contact ustream. Please help.

Oh, I had to watch the General Hospital ad first too. Then the stream started.
 
also when you search for tarshow it won't find it in ustream's search box. But if you search for theactionreport it finds it.
 
stop buying into a closed system... i.e Apple

and you will stop finding closed doors
