The Lampost on Circuit Avenue OB used to have a couple barboxes as well as the Atlantic Connection up the street from there. Scott and Charlotte used to have free table in their bar/restaurant Alchemy in Edgartown, but only in the winter (Edgartown refused to license the table for revenue) so they take it out come Summer so they can fit more drinkers. The only way to get on a full sized table is to know someone with one in their house. Puppy from Soigne has an 8 ft table in his basement at home. John from No Ka Oi has a 9ft antique Brunswick in his basement I bought off of Ebay for $3000.00 and I believe a Reading Room member has a 9 ft in his house as well. Sandy has a barbox in one of his garages. There is another 9ft in a house off Edgartown harbor where President Clinton dined one night. Jude used to work there. Jim has a barbox in his basement. Dave has a 9ft in his basement that he made himself with a steel base. He used to have a regular pea pool ring game every Saturday night. That's all the tables I can remember. Can you tell i lived there on and off for over 30 years, lol??

You won't see many Kennedy's on the Vineyard after Teddy's car washing incident on Chappaquiddick and John's plane to submarine conversion off of Gay Head. They were based out of Hyannis anyway. The Lampost is a rowdy mix of locals and tourists. The Atlantic Connection is a more sedate mix. There are plenty of rich people wandering about however.
