Is it still a race to 11 ?
"Final Round by the Last 64 to the Final, the competition becomes single elimination with race to 11 and 13 in the final. All matches are by the alternate break."
So I think that this is to 11.

Busty is in the FINALS!!!!!
At this point I want to say one thing that the WPA got right. They allowed Bustamante and Efren to play without making them qualify. As SOME of you know the Phillipine's association is still under the control of the "opposition" and Busty and Efren are NOT members of their organization in protest.
Last year I spoke with Ian Anderson and they had made a rule that anyone could play in the qualifiers as long as they were just members of their home associations. So IF Busty and Efren had just paid the dues then they would have been allowed to play in the qualifiers. I suggested to Ian that this solution was demeaning and also untenable because of the particular situation in the Philippines.
I suggested that the WPA allow for a group of players deemed PROFESSIONALS who don't have to be under any country's umbrella.
Well that idea wasn't taken up but I am glad to see that Efren and Busty have been allowed to compete for the World Championship without having to kowtow to a corrupt organization.
