Who here can afford the opening bid on this cue

I could quit my job and cash out the 401k! Can't pay the taxes on it tho...crap, I am out.

What really caught my eye was the highly figurated wood. You can't just get that shit anywhere!

Really though, a fine cue being sold at a crappy time. That cue deserves better.

But not $60k better!

But there is no way it would be worth $60K to me. Heck, I can't see any cue being worth more than $1K to me. Feel free to have a different opinion.

MitchAlsup, I'm fairly certain this was directed towards you. And I tend to agree. The original question was more than likely a rhetorical one.

I'm not even going to bite into the argument that, according to you, "I can't see any cue being worth more than $1K to me." I've been down that road with others on this forum, and it came down to a difference of opinion.
