i recently spoke with my instructor and he came out and told me how he spoke with another student concerning my game this is someone i competed against do think thats very ethic? i mean i pay this man money to tell another player my weak points.

I don't know the circumstances, so I can't pass judgement. I can only speak for myself, and I do not discuss other players, or other instructors with students or players, unless it is to compliment one of my fellow instructors.

I think it depends on exactly what he said, but I'm curious: what do you feel your weak points are?

my weak point is concentration i feel mentally exhausted after a tournament especially if ive placed to the point i get a migraine. Dont know of any drills for that do you?

The first is to see an optometrist and then a doctor. After that, I think the only way to get comfortable with competition is to play in competition. Also, you have to make sure you are in the sort of physical condition that physical fatigue is not a factor. My experience is that aerobic exercise (running, swimming) is good for that.
