Disney Institute/BCA/Happy New Year?

On the AZ front page/headlines, the BCA is having a guest speaker, below is a copy/paster from the Disney website;

Disney will focus on quality services that include increasing market share, building a solid reputation, and exceeding customer expectations.''



It would be great if the BCA board would follow the legacy of Walts business sense, allot of good....could happen. Happy New Year.

You'll notice that there isn't a name attached to this for the keynote, which means they probably don't have anything more than "someone from the Institute will come and speak" from the Mouse.

That said, it is an improvement. I saw the Kyle Petty keynote a few years back and it was an absolute joke. Guy got paid to share his wisdom and all he did was shill for his charity.
